“HKiPort CMS” facilitates operations of truck drivers at Asia Container Terminals (ACT), COSCO-HIT Terminals (CHT), Hongkong International Terminals (HIT) and Modern Terminals (MTL). It enables truck drivers to receive pickup/ drop-off location messages issued by the above mentioned terminals through mobile phones. Truck drivers can enjoy the followings through “HKiPort CMS”:

- Receive pickup/ drop-off locations anywhere at terminals
Upon activating “HKiPort CMS” after gate-in, truck drivers can receive pickup/ drop-off locations broadcast by terminals via the app. Truck drivers are no longer bound to park at specified waiting areas for the purpose of obtaining paper slips.

- Be relieved from managing paper slips
Without paper slips, truck drivers can receive pickup/ drop-off locations directly from “HKiPort CMS”. The app eliminates the risk of losing paper slips and subsequent reworks.

- Receive immediate notifications in events of change
In events of change of location, terminals will immediately notify truck drivers via the app. “HKiPort CMS” helps avoid communication delay and subsequent problems.

- Retrieve Past Records
Truck drivers can retrieve past records of pickup/ drop-off location via “HKiPort CMS”.
